We take matcha seriously. Our ceremonial-grade Uji Kyoto green tea is sourced directly from Japan and prepared with full attention to temperature and ratio. No flavour syrups. No shortcuts.
Iced Matcha
Ceremonial-grade Uji Kyoto green tea, lightly sweetened and served over ice with a touch of oat milk. Clean, bright, and refreshing — the kind of drink that makes 7am worth waking up for.
Hot Matcha Latte
The same ceremonial-grade Uji Kyoto matcha, whisked to a fine froth and combined with steamed milk. Earthy, smooth, and warming — the perfect morning ritual for those who take their caffeine seriously.
Hot Matcha Latte Classic
A slightly stronger expression of the matcha latte, made with a higher tea-to-milk ratio for those who want the full depth of the green. Less milk, more character — for the purist in the room.

Curry Rice Bowl
Fragrant Japanese-style curry ladled over steamed rice, topped with a soft-boiled egg, halved cherry tomatoes, and a swirl of sour cream. The contrast of warm spice and cool dairy is exactly as good as it sounds.

A bold composition of mixed greens dressed in house-made squid ink vinaigrette, with crumbled feta, fresh pear slices, cherry tomatoes, and fried linguine for crunch. Equal parts striking and delicious — the definition of brutal elegance.

The Black Tide Salad built out with your choice of grilled chicken or pan-seared salmon. All the same bold elements, plus protein to make it a complete meal rather than a prelude to one.
Soups

Mushroom Bisque
A velvety, slow-simmered bisque of brown and shiitake mushrooms with a cream finish, served with house-made croutons and a drizzle of truffle oil. Dark, rich, and deeply comforting — the kind of soup you finish and immediately wish there was more.
Roasted Tomato Bisque
Oven-roasted vine tomatoes blended with garlic, basil, and a touch of cream. Bright acidity balanced by the sweetness of slow roasting — a clean, honest soup that works equally well as a starter or a full bowl lunch.
Pasta

Mushroom Pasta
